Alberto Bregante
Alberto Bregante was born in Genoa in 1994.
He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Genoa in October 2018, with a dissertation in International Law of the Sea entitled “Ship Recycling in International and European Union Law.”
During his academic career, he took part in the Erasmus+ program, spending two semesters at the University of Oviedo (Spain), one semester at the University of Bordeaux (France), and one semester at the Universidade Nova University Lisbon (Portugal). These experiences enabled him to engage with different legal systems and significantly enhance his language skills (English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese).
He began collaborating with the firm in January 2019, shortly after graduating, starting his legal training in maritime, transport, and insurance law.
He qualified as a lawyer in 2021, and in autumn 2022, he completed a professional training period in London at some of the leading international law firms specializing in maritime and insurance law.
Alberto is a member of the Italian Maritime Law Association and has authored publications in specialized legal journals.
