Francesco Siccardi
Francesco Siccardi is the founding partner of Siccardi Bregante & C. He is a Titular Member of the Comité Maritime International (CMI), former Senior Vice President of the Italian Maritime Law Association (AIDIM), and a Member of the London Shipping Law Center (LSLC).
A frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and postgraduate courses on maritime law both in Italy and abroad, he is the author of numerous articles on maritime, transport, and insurance law. He co-authored the book "International Cargo Insurance" (London, 2012) and is the author of several recent monographs, including "General Average and the York-Antwerp Rules" (Turin, 2019), "Shipbuilding" (Milan, 2021), and "Marine Insurance: Laws and Practices Compared" (Turin, 2025).
